The main part of the whole egg liquid breaker machine is the breaking head. It imitate the principle and the force of knocking the eggs by human hands. |
The single line egg conveyor could transport the eggs into the breaking part, the breaking head could catch the eggs just like human hand catch the eggs and then the eggs will be broken by the breaking knife quickly and liquid will be collected by the egg liquid catching tray. |

After breaking, the egg shell will stay in the breaking hand for several seconds until it runs at end of the rotary table and be blown out by the air generator, during the running, the air will also blow the residual egg liquid which stick in the egg shell which could promote the extract rate of the egg liquid. |
